I started this larger still life last November in my studio. It was started in the traditional way fat over lean , when I started my glazing I quickly learned I could not tolerate the mineral spirit and medium fumes . Unfortunately it has been on hold until I could open the windows and ventilate the room .
As a result I have not been painting as much as I would like and have now started to use Gamblin solvent and medium..
